I have yoga today and I am not able to do this move and not fall over. But I know one day I will. I got this!

I know it’s not even March yet, but here in Miami we are ready for summer! Working on the summer season as we speak, what would you like to see this summer season?

When we think of pole dancing we instantly think loud music, neon lights, and dollar bills falling like rain drops.  Pole dance however has really taken a life of its own as a form of dance and gymnastics and even aerobic exercise.  Check out this exquisite video of pole champion Edouard Doye and Marion Crampe.

Due to the issues with the virus, I was unable to have my tribute to Whitney last week. There are soo many songs that I LOVE by her so it’s really hard to pick one. I guess where I am in life and what I am feeling today,  I Believe In You And Me hits home the most. I’m sure it would be something different if you ask me another day, but I’m in my lovey dovey mood. Happy Friday DB!
