Dangerously Beautiful

I’m sooo happy for the weekend, but today will be intense. So much work to do!!!! Taking DB to the next level!I used to listen to this song over and over (yep, had to rewind the cassette!) Happy Friday DB!

Surprising, last night BET Awards were entertaining. Nothing to do with BET, I normally just don’t  like award shows. I loved Melanie Fiona’s performance, but I am super biased because I LOVE  Wrong Side Of A Love Song! Awesome Melanie!!!! Other performances were OK while I shipped orders and did inventory, but I had to stop what I was doing when the Whitney Houston Tribute started. Everyone did a great job. Monica KILLED it in sound as well as visuals! Absolutely Beautiful. Whitney’s mom brought me close to tears and was lovely as well. Chaka Khan proved that beauty like a fine wine only gets better with age! Phenomenal performances ladies! What was your favorite part of the awards show?

I am loving Monica’s new single Everything  To Me!  Not only does it have a sample from one of my favorite love songs, she brings back her powerful voice that made us all love her when she sang Just One of Dem Days.  So refreshing.  I love  Silly (the sample), so I can’t say Monica’s song is better, but she did her thing.  Some say it sounds too old, well then I must say some songs out right now sound too new.  Her new album is due to come out in March. Do your thing Monica with your Dangerously Beautiful voice!
